It works by reviewing your current protocols, reassessing your goals and symptoms, and providing updated guidance, education, and strategies to support continued improvement and long-term health outcomes.

Initial Consultation

It works by reviewing your dietary habits, analysing your health history and questionnaires, and interpreting your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to identify patterns of imbalance and inform personalised recommendations.
